2000 LPH RO Water Plant

Indian Ion Exchange & Chemicals Ltd. supplies 2000 LPH RO water plant to its customers. This XMax RO Classic FRP with 2000 LPH capacity is composed of dosing system, filters, raw water pump, RO system, high pressure pump, and other instruments and accessories. Raw water pump works to feed water to dual media filter, which further works to remove dirt, suspended solids and other contaminants. The water is further filtered in activated carbon filter that removes odor, color and smell, if any. The dosing system in the RO water plant protects scaling formation on RO membranes by dosing antiscalant chemicals. The micron filter eliminates fine particles and lower the level of silt density index to acceptable level. High pressure pump at high pressure greater than osmotic pressure feeds the RO Membrane, which removes TDS up to 98%. Other instruments incorporated in the 2000 LPH RO Water Plant design are flow meter, pressure gauges, low pressure switch and high pressure switch.
